Order processing
At Beybling, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and reliably. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing unless an item is listed as a pre-order. During sale periods and holidays, please allow up to 3-5 business days to process your order.
Tracking your order
Tracking and insurance is provided for all shipments. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the carrier’s website.
Lost, damaged, or delayed shipments
Beybling is not liable for shipments once the order is in possession of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information to file a claim. Insurance is included through the carrier for eligible issues, but we recommend reviewing the carrier's terms.
For international orders, we are not responsible for customs delays, seizures, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

Returns
Quality Assurance
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Every product undergoes rigorous quality control checks before leaving our facility to ensure it meets our high standards.
If you believe your item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 2 days of delivery by emailing support@beybling.com with your order number, tracking number, and photo documentation of the issue. We will review the case and, if approved, provide instructions for further action, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion. Please note that the customer must bear the cost of return shipping and any potential import fees.
